Recently renovated, cozy one bedroom with an ocean view ideally located in downtown historic Rockport. Featuring contemporary design and current amenities. Owned and operated by the host. This apartment does not come with a parking space, but there is street parking and overnight parking is free after 6pm. There is also a seasonal park and ride shuttle service provided by the Cape Ann Transportation Authority. Park for free in the Blue Gate Lot and take a 6 minute shuttle ride for $1 to The Pearl, Front Beach, and other stops downtown. Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning beyond standard turnover. Any additional charges will be based on the actual documented cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement. Service animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and platform policy. Please note for reservations of 28 days or more paper goods and toiletries are not supplied.
