Renovated top floor apartment in the heart of the downtown Rockport historic district. Private balcony with ocean view and 1 private parking space. 2 full bathrooms with heated floors. 1 bedroom with king bed and large loft with 2 additional full size beds. Ladder-style stairs to loft and low ceiling height may not be ideal for all guests. Large open kitchen with center island table and cathedral ceiling surrounded by reclaimed wooden beams. Seasonal private access via stairs to Front Beach. Accommodations for up to 8 available with queen sleeper sofa. Kindly note there is a $50 fee per additional guest beyond 6 people. Traveling with a dog? We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 applies per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning beyond standard turnover. Any additional charges will be based on the actual documented cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement. Please note: service animals are not considered pets and are accommodated in accordance with applicable law. If you are staying with us in WINTER, our driveway is gravel and un-plowable. There is street parking close by and Rockport provides free parking in municipal lots during snow emergencies.
